An interruption

Interrupt me God,

when I’m busy in the kitchen

or driving in the car

Interrupt me God

when I’m eating all my dinner

or walking in the park

Interrupt me God

when I’m running down the street

or looking at the stars

Interrupt me God

if I ignore your call

or keep you afar

Interrupt me God

as I go about each day

disrupt my ways, and fill my heart.
